Instinct is working with one of our long-established clients, an insurance composite based in the West Midlands.
Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, design, and delivery of learning activities that align with business goals and timelines.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to create and deploy effective blended learning content.
- Developing digital learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Experience creating blended learning content including digital, face-to-face, and virtual learning.
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Experience creating digital learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop engaging e-learning modules.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- (Desirable) Experience of working on large change programmes.
Rewards
A 12-month fixed-term contract offering a hybrid working arrangement involving 1-day on-site per week in the West Midlands. Moreover, the generous benefits package includes a lucrative pension scheme, an annual bonus of up to 17.5% of annual salary and 25 days AL (+bank holidays and buy/sell options).
