Instinct is excited to be partnering with a leading provider of online qualifications and training for education professionals.
Role
In this Learning Designer role you will be responsible for:
- Creating classroom-based learning activities for teaching staff.
- Working as part of the learning team to assist in the design of 4 apprenticeships (for teaching professionals).
- Utilising your previous experience as a teacher to create engaging learning activities that contribute to the wider learner journey.
- Ensuring accreditation standards and requirements are met.
Person
The successful person will have:
- (MUST HAVE) Teaching experience and instructional/learning design experience.
- Experience designing classroom-based learning for schools.
- (Desirable) Experience managing teams of teachers/learning professionals.
- (Desirable) Experience using Articulate Storyline to develop digital learning modules (the preferred tool for our client’s digital learning offering).
- (Desirable) Experience working with children with special needs and/or disabilities or creating SEND-related content.
Rewards
