Learning Designer

This role is with one of Instinct’s longstanding clients and would have a particular focus on the Automotive trade.

The Role

This permanent opportunity will see you working within a large and reputable organisation to support designing and developing engaging blended learning materials. A background within the automotive sector is required for this position as you will be designing courses to support with product launches and the roll out of new vehicles. 

Person

The successful person will:

• Be an experienced learning designer, ideally covering all areas of design and development
• Have a strong understanding of the Automotive trade 
• A proven ability to develop courses in Articulate 360 is beneficial
• Be able to take complex subject matters and turn them into readily digestible learning course
• Be a strong team player
