Our client is a learning and development agency that offers services including consultancy, learning technology, and bespoke digital learning packages.
Role
You will be responsible for using your analytical skills to consult with external clients on how to improve their learning offerings. This will involve tasks such as conducting in-depth analysis of content, refreshing content strategies, and identifying client issues to offer solutions to improve business process and performance.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Experience working for a consultancy firm. (Must have).
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role.
- A deep understanding of Learning & Development principles.
- Experience with Learning Technologies and their application.
- Experience gathering data and utilising tools to conduct in-depth analysis.
