Instructional Designer (Dutch)

We’re working with a global management consultancy that’s supporting a major organisation in the petrochemical industry. They’re looking for a Dutch speaking Instructional Designer to design and deliver a series of technical training courses for employees across oil, gas, and manufacturing sectors.

You’ll be working on a variety of courses, starting with kick-off sessions onsite in Antwerp, before developing end-to-end Instructional design. Stakeholder engagement will be key, with 80% of communication in Dutch and 20% in English, so fluency in Dutch is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in instructional design and pedagogy
• Experience in technical industries (oil, gas, manufacturing) FAVOURABLE
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (At least C1 level)
• Able to work onsite in Antwerp one day per week (expenses covered)
• Confident working independently on learning content with basic authoring skills
