Instinct is currently working with our client, a leading training provider, to find an Instructional Designer to join their team to help create their learning products.

Our client is a renowned training provider with over four decades of experience. Specializing in blended learning packages for workplace soft skills training, they have established themselves as a global leader in the industry.
The role
This role is part of the Product team, with a focus on international markets. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and counterparts from global teams to coordinate and develop new online and in-person training programs, guiding them from concept to launch.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Utilize instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM) and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy to create and refine classroom and eLearning materials, incorporating feedback from team members and SMEs.
- Develop storyboards, scenario scripts, visual aids, and assessments to ensure learners can apply content in their work environments, and manage training development timelines.
- Update online product pages with accurate version control and stay current with innovations in adult learning.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background as a Trainer or Facilitator before having become an Instructional Designer.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, with strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design experience.
- Proficient in storyboarding, technical and critical thinking skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized self-starter with a positive attitude, able to meet deadlines, manage multiple stakeholders, and interpret customer feedback.
