Key Skills Required
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in creating engaging e-learning content.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools, including multimedia integration.
- Familiarity with BI Tools, Python, and SQL (no hands-on technical skills needed).
- Solid understanding of data analysis and governance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience in designing content iterations focused on Return on Investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Rebrand and iterate existing learning content.
- Develop new learning materials with a focus on ROI for learners (practical knowledge and skills application).
- Create knowledge checks and develop workshops to reinforce learning.
- Design intro and review sections for learning modules.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical learning designers.
- Manage and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
