Instinct is working with an acclaimed professional membership body who are specialists in their sector. They are looking for an eLearning Project Manager to join the organisation and assist in creating a diverse and high quality portfolio of digital learning assets for its members. The ideal person will work closely with the Digital Content Lead to ensure all work is in line with content proposals, needs analysis, and commercial targets.

Our client is a well-recognised independent professional body who are specialists in their sector. They offer training and professional qualifications to learners in the sector of all levels from junior through to senior. In addition to the training courses and qualifications, the company also host a wide range of events for those individuals who are currently training in the professional who may benefit from the extra guidance and updates on any changes in the sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new learning and general curriculum opportunities, submitting proposals, overseeing the budget in place, and leading on product development. The role will involve adhering to key pedagogical frameworks and assessment methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement, collaborating with various internal leads and also developing relationships with key stakeholders.

The Person

The ideal eLearning Project Manager will ideally have experience with:

  • Working in a legal or academic digital education environment in a digital learning product commissioning capacity through to delivery
  • Digital Learning content portfolio management, project management, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Managing and formulising project delivery plans
  • Juggling multiple projects at any one time
  • Dealing with potentially difficult SMEs and stakeholders
