Here at Instinct, we’re excited to partner with a leading provider of specialist training on an exciting new project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing, successful business that delivers innovative learning solutions to major organizations across the construction, engineering, and built environments.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, compliant training, they offer both online and classroom-based learning to a diverse client base. Their training solutions are designed to meet industry regulations, ensuring businesses stay safe and compliant. With a multi-million-pound turnover, they pride themselves on their collaborative culture and commitment to continuous growth—making it an exciting time to join their journey.

Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic training project, developing engaging learning solutions for a fast-growing industry leader. You’ll take the lead in transforming blended learning content—both online modules and classroom materials—into polished, user-friendly experiences. Using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with PowerPoint for face-to-face delivery, you’ll create impactful training that meets industry regulations. This position is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, bringing expertise in construction, engineering, or other built environments to deliver accurate and engaging content. With a mix of remote work and occasional office visits, you’ll collaborate closely with the internal team while enjoying the flexibility to manage your workload.

Skillset required
  • E-learning Development Expertise: Proven experience in creating blended learning content, including online modules (e.g. Articulate Storyline and Rise) and classroom materials (via PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, engineering, or other built environments, with a preference for experience in regulated training (e.g., health and safety, apprenticeships, or qualifications).
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to independently develop learning content using your own equipment and deliver polished solutions without requiring micro-management.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing end-to-end development, from storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring content meets regulatory standards and business needs.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Capable of working remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team, including attending monthly in-person meetings when required.
Rewards

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing blended learning solutions for a growing, highly successful organisation. You’ll have the chance to work independently on impactful projects while collaborating with a supportive team. In return, you’ll benefit from a flexible, fully remote working arrangement (with monthly office visits), the opportunity to shape industry-specific training, and the potential for contract extension as the business continues to expand..
