Role

The role of a Courseware Designers is to create engaging training which would be compliant to the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).  You would be working across the full learning cycle, from initial engagement with SMEs, through to the design and development of blended training.

Due to the nature of this work, the successful candidate must be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom and either currently hold or be eligible to hold Security Clearance. 

Person

Essential skills / experience for this role include:

  • Competent working across the whole process of instructional design 
  • Solid experience within the Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) 
  • Resident of the UK with the ability to hold Security Clearance (SC) 
  • Strong ability to engage with SME’s 
Desirable:
  • Experience working with for or with the Royal Navy 
  • Experience developing digital learning material using Articulate Storyline/Rise
