Our client is a leading management consultancy firm operating on a global scale working with clients across all sectors.
Role
The successful candidate will be setting up the learning architecture and learner/career pathways for a firm-wide digital literacy academy. This role will singularly focus on driving learning strategy within the academy for learners from foundation to industry leader level. The wider team will create the content, your focus will be on the structure/strategy behind the learner journey.
Person
The successful person MUST have:
- Previous experience creating learning pathways/architecture for Digital Skills.
- Experience working with staff up to C-suite/executive level.
- Experience driving the learning strategy for academies/business schools, learning labs, skills foundries or large boot camps.
- Experience working within a corporate environment. Experience working with a management consultancy firm is highly desirable.
- Full UK right to work.
