Digital Learning Manager

Our client is a leading management consultancy firm operating on a global scale working with clients across a wide variety of sectors.

They are currently creating a new suite of learning from foundation level through to leadership level. 

Role

This role requires a lot of stakeholder engagement and management while overseeing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) – Docebo, managing projects and steering the direction of the digital learning prospective. 

You will be responsible for overseeing the LXP performance, data reporting and compliance to ensure the system is being used to its full potential. 

As well as this, you will work closely with and oversee a small team focused on improving and creating the ongoing learning to upskill employees on a wide range of programmes.

The successful person will be:

• A highly proactive individual with a passion for improving digital learning solutions. 
• Be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders
• Have strong understanding of LMS/LXPs and how they work
• Enjoy working with different people to direct and steer the projects 
• Must be a strategic thinker and the creativity to come up with engaging solutions
