Digital Learning Designer (Construction / Engineering)

Instinct are proudly working with an award-winning consultancy that specialises in the Civil Engineering sector. 

The Role

After having recently embarked on a journey to digitalising their learning offerings, our client is now looking to expand their learning team with a contractor who can support with the creation of digital learning courses. 

You will be engaging with key stakeholders and SMEs within the organisation in order to create engaging digital learning courses on a range of subjects; primarily these courses will relate to technical subject matters such as Civil Engineering and Construction / Engineering, but these could also include topics like sustainability and HR / soft skills subjects. 

Person

The successful person will:

• Be an experienced learning designer 
• Have a technical background or prior experience working within an Engineering or Construction type sector (this is a must-have)
• A proven ability to develop courses in Articulate 360 
• Be able to engage with SMEs and take complex subject matters and turn them into readily digestible learning course
• Be a strong team player
