We are working with a globally renowned organisation who are an industry lead in the field. For the last 5 years, they have been growing their Online Programmes, and since the release of the Online programmes, they have had over 40,000 students enrol in their courses. This organisation is passionate about career growth and upskilling its staff from day one.
Job Description
Our client has recently refreshed x3 Online Programmes which have 350 videos within. You will need to show a keen eye for detail to evaluate all of these short educational videos (each video is 5-8 minutes long) and make adjustments to video captions. As well as completing the key reviews, you will need to organise them into a digital library which is accessible to learners.
Along with the work with the videos, you will work closely with the Finance Team as you distribute faculty payments and finances, this includes raising roughly 25 PO numbers per month. You will not be working on Payroll but alongside the Finance Team.
From the Online Programmes, you will be a key member of the team to analyse data from student enrolment and create a dashboard for presentation.

To be a successful candidate for this position, the following skills are required:
- High attention to detail
- Managing data
- Creating PO numbers and liaising with the Finance Team
- Comfortable working with organising and visualising data in the form of reports/ a dashboard.
