Blended Learning Designer

We’re partnering with a specialist training agency who specialise in creating digital and classroom-based training courses.
Role
As the Blended Learning Designer, you’ll be responsible for scripting and storyboarding engaging training content for both E-Learning and Classroom Learning. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and the internal design team to ensure the content meets industry regulations and standards.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Strong experience in Learning Design, with a focus on blended learning
- Background in creating learning material for construction, health & safety, engineering, or industrial machinery sectors, or similar regulated environments
- Experience designing content within regulated learning environments (e.g., apprenticeships, A-Levels, health & safety certifications).
- A self-starter who can take ownership and deliver high-quality work without micromanagement.
