Apprenticeships Quality Manager

Our client is looking for an individual to lead the Quality Assurance strategy and checks for the apprenticeship offering. You will be pivotal in improving students’ education through diligent analysis and in-depth feedback to the learning design teams. Part of the analysis would be ensuring that the apprenticeships are in line with the Ofqual regulations; to do this it would be a necessity to stay up to date with the new regulations. As well as analysing the learning material, you would need to have a thorough knowledge of assessments and how they can be utilised at the end of each curriculum.

The Person
As well as having experience within quality and apprenticeships, the ideal person would have the following skills:
- An understanding of Ofqual regulations and how they apply to apprenticeships
- A solid understanding of apprenticeships (IT/tech desirable)
- Knowledge of apprenticeship assessments and reviewing these
- Confident reviewing feedback on products (in this case the apprenticeships) and working with design teams to make relevant changes
- Happy to be a point of contact for account managers / customers who have feedback on the apprenticeships
