It’s been a busy few days in the Instinct offices – we’re delighted to have been shortlisted in a hefty six awards categories in the space of a week!
First up, the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards [http://www.marketinganddigitalrecruitmentawards.com/2016-finalists/]. These celebrate the crème de la crème of specialist digital recruitment agencies – so naturally, we are over the moon to be shortlisted as finalists.
We’re delighted to see our brand spanking new website get the recognition it deserves with a shortlisting in the ‘Best Recruitment Website’ category, and as a result of our ambition & leadership, Mike one of our Director’s gets a nod under ‘Recruitment Boss of the Year’.
More generally, we’re finalists in the ‘Best SME Recruitment Agency’ category – a great accolade for the entire team and a signal of our focus on high quality and excellence in everything we do.
Finally, Andrew Welsh, who heads up our E-learning division, has been shortlisted as ‘Recruitment Consultant of the Year’, in recognition of his tenacity, drive, and of course his fantastic results for clients and jobseekers alike.
Locally, we have the Manchester Young Talent Awards, [http://www.mytawards.co.uk/shortlist/] which celebrate the best young professionals in the city, and having won an award in 2015, we’re thrilled that two team members have made the shortlist.
Amy Graham has been shortlisted for ‘Rising Star’, a category that looks for the most exciting and ambitious young professionals across a range of industries. Meanwhile Christian Sheil has been shortlisted for ‘Talent & Recruiter of the Year’, the category that our own Andrew Welsh deservedly won last year – can Instinct make it a double?!
These awards are a testament to the hard work of our entire team over the past 12 months, and our continued dedication to utter professionalism, top-notch quality and a sense of fun in everything we do.
