Digital Learning Specialist

Instinct are currently working with our client, a market-leading retail group, to help find them a Digital Learning Specialist to join their esteemed organization.

About the company

Our client is a very well-known retail group. They own several iconic brands in the retail industry, and you’ll be part of their central learning function.

The Role

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will take ownership of e-learning development and management, with the main responsibility being the full end-to-end creation of high-quality digital learning for a wide range of topics. There will also be some very light LMS management responsibilities.

What you’ll need

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong experience using the full suite of Articulate authoring tools (RISE and Storyline.)

· Experience in the full end-to-end process for the creation of e-learning, from the initial writing and storyboarding through to hands-on development.

· LMS management experience.
