Learning Systems Manager

Our client is looking for an individual to provide support with the maintenance, system integrations and improvement of their Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). They have recently installed a new LMS (Moodle) and are now looking for someone to lead a small team, to help progress the platforms. You will get to use your expertise of managing platforms and become the go to person for advice and consultation with new designs and best practices. While you would still be able to remain hands on with the LMS, you will also Project Manage the systems and scope changes by analysing the data flows for progression.

They have seen a year-by-year increase in their out-reach to learners over their 100 plus year history and are now committed to enhancing their digital learning output.
The Person
As well as having experience within operational and administrational functions of technical platforms, the chosen candidate will also display skills with:
- Learning Management System (Moodle preferably) maintenance and installations
- Integrating 3rd party systems within an LMS
- Scoping out changes and updates for the systems
- A practical understanding of CRM
- Project Management
