Digital Learning Designer

Instinct is currently working with our client, a leading law firm, to find a Digital Learning Designer to join their organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Our client is a leading global law firm with a longstanding history in their sector.  

The role

As the Digital Learning Designer, you will join a small bespoke internal digital learning team to contribute towards the design and development of engaging digital and blended learning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Development of innovative digital and blended learning solutions using a range of authoring tools and design software.
• Management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaboration with various stakeholders, including partners and heads of business teams.

What you’ll need

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience authoring digital and blended learning experiences.
• Experience in utilizing a range of digital learning mediums, such as interactive webinars, video/animation production or interactive PDFs.
• Strong project management skills, with a background in working with stakeholders, attending creative meetings, and storyboarding learner journeys.
