Apprenticeships Bootcamp Manager

Instinct is currently working with our client, an innovative skills and employability organisation, to find an Apprenticeships Bootcamp Manager to join their team. 

Role

As the Apprenticeship Bootcamp Manager, you will be leading the delivery and management of skills bootcamp programmes, ensuring the programmes are meeting the needs of learners and following economic growth.

You will oversee the delivery and quality assurance of training courses and programme delivery, as well as supporting learners.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Experience managing training programmes, particularly within Further Education or skills development.
• Excellent stakeholder Management. 
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of the skills training and funding in the Apprenticeship/Education space. 
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
