Instinct is the UK’s leading digital learning talent provider, catering to a wide range of successful companies across the globe. We are currently working with one of our valued clients who specialise in the creation and improvement of apprenticeship courses for clients in all industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive learning units focused on AI and Python.
• Revise and iterate existing content to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Design content that emphasizes ROI by applying knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers and Technical Learning Designers to ensure alignment and quality.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Key Skills Required

• Deep expertise in AI, Python programming, and data analysis.
• Experience in authoring e-learning content, especially technical subjects.
• Familiarity with BI Tools and their integration with AI and Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging technical content.
