After a first quarter that has exceeded all of our expectations we are very excited to announce that we are growing the Instinct operation.  There have been lots of positive signs in the market over the last 3 months and our feeling is that demand for recruitment services is only going to increase.  We are therefore looking for 2 enthusiastic and driven sales people who have the required skill and determination to forge a career with our young, entrepreneurial company.

We have established great relationships with high profile clients throughout the technology and digital space.  Our clients work with Instinct as we offer a highly professional, quality driven service however the main reason they work with us is because we deliver to their specific requirements time and time again.  We are now looking for a proven consultant and a trainee resourcer who have the same philosophy for customer centric recruitment as the founders. 

Consultant: Proven success in building a recruitment desk.  Looking for the support and guidance to take you to the next level in your recruitment career.

Trainee Resourcer:  A desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry.  Graduate calibre with a flair for sales and aptitude to rapidly progress.
