Instinct’s client is London based Ecommerce Company who require a web analyst to join the digital and customer experience team. The Web Analyst will be responsible for analysing, interpreting and reporting on key performance metrics for the companies websites and Call Centre including sales, margin, traffic and conversion; Interpretation of the data to understand and explain to key stakeholders what the figures/reports mean so they can take appropriate action; Analysis of trends in the activity and behaviour of the online customer in order to highlight issues and identify improvements required to continually improve online performance
Applicants for this role should have the following experience:
// Graduate calibre
// Must be highly numerate with excellent analytical and interpreting skills
// Must have advanced MS Excel skills
// General data warehouse /reporting experience e.g. Microstrategy
// Experience and knowledge of MS Access is desirable
// Producing web stats reports, querying and behavior extrapolation
// Passion for using data to inform decisions
// Provide specialist advice on emerging analytics technologies
// Good communication skills
// Experience in a web analytics tool is essential e.g:
// Coremetrics // Google Analytics // Omniture // Webtrends //
