Instinct are seeking a Training and Learning Technologies Manager on behalf of this fantastic organisation which presents an unbelievable opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager to join them at an exciting time for the business and specifically the e-Learning department.
The Learning Technologies Manager will have responsibility for driving the incorporation of e-Learning as a core training delivery tool throughout the organisation. The key focus of the role is the continued development and expansion of the company’s learning management system (LMS) and the Virtual Training Academy which is critical to support the forecasted growth of the business.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
// Drive the development of e-learning as a core tool in training delivery.
// Work closely with the Training team to build the use of blended learning.
// Develop seamless use of e-Learning with traditional training methods
// Maintain & extend the “best in class” learning management system (LMS)
// Manage a portfolio of e-Learning development providers
// Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external providers
// Manage integration of technology in learning-related initiatives
// Design and configuration of the LMS system in line with L&D strategy
// Training activities associated with the LMS
// Development & procurement of eLearning content
// Implementation and usage of virtual classrooms
// Integrating LMS into the L&D framework.
// Continuous improvement to ensure best in class
