Instinct’s client is an exciting digital and gaming development business based in Cheshire, in the North West of England. They are currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to help plan, implement and shape their marketing and social media strategy to develop and foster brand awareness amongst a global audience through Facebook, Twitter and other online media outlets.
The role is a new one within the business and the successful Social Media Marketing Manager will be given responsibility for:
// Co-ordinate and assist with implementing a comprehensive PR strategy to increase overall brand awareness
// Collaborate with the management team and creative leads to develop marketing campaigns across all available media channels
// Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies that focus on the viral elements of Facebook and other online platforms
// Manage social media campaigns including customer promotions and updating the website
// Work alongside the analysis teams to ensure campaigns are tracked correctly and devise parameters to define success rates
// Regularly update the teams on the marketing campaigns’ success rates.
Suitable applicants for this role should have the following experience:
// Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
// Proven experience in online / social marketing
// Experience of using & analysing online metrics
// Vastly experienced user of social media channels
// Knowledge of mobile applications or social gaming advantageous
// Strong verbal and written communication skills
// Strong influencing and leadership skills
