Our client, a fantastic global organisation, desires an outstanding Multimedia Designer for an outstanding role.  As a Multimedia Designer you will work as part of a busy media team creating e-learning courses to be delivered either via the web, company intranet, CD-Rom or DVD.  You will have strong creative skills combined with extensive knowledge of Flash.

Additionally, you will find the most effective way to get media messages across in print, electronic or video format for both internal and external projects.

The key functions and responsibilities of this role Entail;

// Create the graphic content to be used in e-learning courses

// Create digital images for the purpose of animation

// Transfer and edit audio/video files

// Knowledge of multimedia software for the development of e-learning

// Knowledge of industry standard 3D Modelling and Animation packages

// Create digital images for the purpose of vector animation

// Create vector animated sequences using computer software

// Conceptual design solutions for  print and screen based projects

// Commercial approach to course development within project constraints

The candidates whom will be successful in this role will possess these skills:

// 2 years commercial experience in a Multimedia role

// Comprehensive knowledge and command of the English Language

// Working knowledge of Desktop Publishing and Word Processing Tools

// Experience using industry standard graphics packages

// Excellent one to one and one to group communication skills.

// Demonstrates the ability to handle a variety of tasks/problems.

// Ability to effectively work within a cross-functional project team.

// Seen to be well prepared, organised and punctual.

// Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills

The following software experience will be very desirable:

// Flash is a must

// AS3 would be useful

// Illustrator

// Indesign

// Photoshop (adobe creative suite)

// 3D Max
