LMS Implementation PM // Home based // £350 per day

Instinct’s client is a global organisation who requires a Project Manager on an initial 3 month contract to manage the implementation and integration of a new Learning Management System (LMS). This contract will be a remote based role which will enable the successful Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation Project Manager  to work predominantly from home.

In summary the successful applicant with provide project management as well as technical and functional consulting for the enterprise implementation of the organisation’s existing Learning Management System.  The responsibilities are broken down as follows:

Project Management

Assure the efficient and effective enterprise implementation and operation of the Learning Management System to meet requirements.  Develop and maintain the project plan and project milestone schedule, managing contract deliverables and timelines; project budget and budget targets, using traditional project management tools .

Configuration

Assess the company’s business learning needs to consult on product configurations and conduct Configuration Workshops for multiple stakeholders.

System Integration

Develop systems and procedures to ensure seamless implementation and system functionality;  Manage and lead system integration of partner systems; Identify the databases and integration points for both the LMS and other systems.

Data Migration & Synchronization

Lead data migrations / HRIS integration / Single Sign On with technical assistance; Run pre-defined upload scripts to load student training information from legacy systems.

Testing & Validation

Address technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution; Analyse data, identify root causes and maintain documentation of LMS issues; Oversee the testing of online courses to ensure they operate and are tracked correctly on the selected platforms.
