Instinct are recruiting for the London based E-learning Design Manager (Senior E-learning Designer) for a dream opportunity to work in the London Office of an outstanding Global organisation.  This role will be positioned in the professional services department of the business and will involve significant stakeholder manager whilst being responsible for managing a team of E-Learning, Instructional Designers and Multi Media designers.

 

The key functions and responsibilities of this E-Learning Design Manager role Entail;

 

// Supporting the sales team in client meetings, providing expertise around the design and development of e-learning courses and demonstrations of capabilities

// Developing high quality, engaging and interactive e-learning courses in liaison with the instructional designers

// Creating innovative designs to ensure market-leading standards for online content

// Managing a team of E-learning, graphic and multi-media designers

// Liaising with 3rd party vendors as applicable

// Project managing the delivery of bespoke e-learning projects

// Liaise closely with the sales teams to incorporate content, design and project management feedback into the course development process

// Liaise with project managers to ensure courses are customized according to client requirements, incorporating internal policies, procedures and case studies as required

// Educate sales team in new course developments

// Quality control of courses to ensure accuracy of content and consistency of design

 

The type of candidate we are looking for this E-learning Design Manager role will have the following:

 

// Creative and innovative with a passion for e-learning

// Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

// Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously

// Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards

// Experience of integrating courseware onto learning management systems

// Experience of rapid content development skills

// Excellent knowledge of Flash, ActionScript, HTML

// Must be able to communicate at a highly professional level

// Knowledge of regulatory and compliance e-learning market

// Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment through flexibility & creativity
