E-Learning Business Development Manager // c£35k + Comm

Central London or Home Based

c£35,000 salary + generous commission structure

 

Instinct’s central London based client is a well-respected e-Learning Consultancy with an enviable list of clients in the education and corporate sectors.  To help drive their growth strategy they are looking for a highly driven sales professional to join their team.  This role will ideally be based in their central London offices, although ‘Home Based’ working will be an option. 

 

The e-Learning DBM will work alongside the CEO of the business and have a direct influence on company sales and marketing strategy. Additionally the successful candidate will be responsible for new business and developing existing accounts throughout the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

 

// Establish effective telesales and e-marketing campaign
// Achieving sales targets and objectives
// Upselling new products to existing client base
// Liaising with the technical development team
// Recording sales activity on the CRM
// Obtain testimonials and case studies from clients

// Assist with general sales, public relations (PR) and marketing activity

 

The Candidate we are looking for this e-Learning Business Development Manager should have the following:

 

// Proven experience in business to business sales, ideally e-Learning
// Strong presentation skills

// Demonstrable knowledge of client pitch and development work
// Enthusiastic, pro-active approach

// Excellent verbal and written communication skills
// Knowledge of e-learning sector preferred but not necessary
// Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
