Instinct’s client is a rapidly growing financial organisation based in Manchester. Our client currently has an opening for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with Avaya communication manager 4 and Windows Server knowledge to develop and design new solutions whilst maintaining the IT infrastructure.
The successful 3rd line Support Engineer will install and configure upgrades to systems in line with defined procedures and standards with the minimum impact to the business. The 3rd line engineer will also be tasked with investigating new upgrades to existing technology that would be beneficial to the business. As the 3rd line support engineer you will provide support to the 1st & 2nd line team, including training, coaching or mentoring were necessary.
